Recipe

Add 425 ml of water to Jaspur Dalwada mix. Mix well to make a batter of dropping consistency. Add ground green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and garlic to the batter. Mix well and keep it aside for 20 mins.

Heat oil in a kadai. Stir the batter vigorously before frying and deep fry Dalwada in oil at a consistent temperature

Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot Jaspur Dalwada with onion rings and fried green chillies.
